Delivery Information

We will aim to despatch your goods within 48 hours.

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with your local delivery office.

Postage Costs

Delivery to the UK:
£3.99 – Order will be delivered within 5 working days (Monday to Friday). Method: Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Please contact our Customer Service Department should you require a tracking number.

Please be advised that any international orders that exceed 2Kg in weight when packaged may require an additional postage fee. Please rest assured that you will be contacted prior to despatch should this be applicable to your order, and your goods will not be shipped until we receive confirmation from you that you are happy to accept the additional charge specified to you.

Delivery to the EU:
£4.99 – Order will be delivered within 5-10 working days (Monday to Friday). Method: Royal Mail standard Airmail.

Delivery to the Rest of the World:
£9.99 – Order will be delivered 5-10 working days (Monday to Friday). Method: Royal Mail standard Airmail.

Unfortunately we are not able to despatch orders containing Pacha products to any countries listed outside of the EU due to license policies. We are very sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
